Baccarat is one of the oldest of all table games in casinos. It is a card game which is played between a banker and a player and the game uses a 52 standard deck of cards.

The player and the banker are both dealt two cards and their values get be added together. The cards ranging from 2 to 9 are added at their face value, 10’s to Kings are 0 and Aces are valued as 1. When the cards are added up, the tens digit is ignored, EG If a player has a 5 and an 8, which together totals 13, the hand is will be counted as 3. Each hand will always be between 0 and 9 and unlike Blackjack, players will never bust.
A 3rd card may be dealt to the player and/or the banker, depending on the total of the previous 2 cards that were dealt. Bets can be placed on a Tie between the banker and the player. Should there be a Tie, then all winning bets will be paid and bets that were placed on the banker or gambler will be returned.
